This classic Emmi Shredded Le Gruyère AOP is the cheesy appetizer is a recipe that you can turn to time and time again. This dip is easy to make in just 10 minutes and pairs perfectly with veggie sticks and salty crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Emmi Shredded Le Gruyère AOP cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 oz) jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 1 small jalapeno, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. In a medium bowl mix together Emmi Shredded Le Gruyère cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, jalapeno, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne powder, and salt. Mix together until well combined.
  2. Taste test and season with more salt accordingly.
  3. Serve with crackers, carrots, and celery.
